Back Talk Awareness

Approximately 80% of people will experience back pain at some stage in their lives. This basic program has been designed to assist learners to understand how to prevent back injuries & how to care for themselves during episodes of back pain.

Course Content:
• Preventing & caring for back injuries
• Anatomical structure of the back
• Disc injuries
• Proper posture
• Proper lifting & carrying techniques
• Exercises to strengthen the back

Course Length:
This is a 3 hour program.


There is no previous training required for this course.


Certificate will be given at end of the course.
